Connecting Pelecard

Step 1: Go to Accept Payments

Navigate to Accept Payments in your site’s dashboard.

Step 2: See More Payment Options

Click on “See More Payment Options” to view additional payment providers.

Step 3: Find Third-Party Providers

Click “See Options” next to Third-Party Credit/Debit Card Providers.

Step 4: Connect Pelecard

Locate Pelecard in the list and click the “Connect” button next to it.

Step 5: Complete Setup

Depending on whether you have an account with Pelecard or need to create a new one, follow the appropriate steps:

If you already have a Pelecard account:

  • Enter your Pelecard credentials (Terminal Number, Username, Password)
  • Verify your account settings
  • Complete the connection process
  • Test the payment gateway with a small transaction

If you need to create a new Pelecard account:

  • Click on “Sign up for Pelecard”
  • Fill out the registration form with your business information
  • Submit required documentation
  • Wait for account approval (typically 1-3 business days)
  • Once approved, return and complete the connection steps above

How do I get my payouts?

Payouts from Pelecard are transferred directly to your registered bank account according to your payout schedule. The standard payout schedule is typically 1-3 business days after a transaction is processed. You can view your payout schedule and history in your Pelecard merchant dashboard. Make sure your bank account information is correctly configured in your Pelecard account settings.

My customers’ payments are being declined. What can I do?

If customer payments are being declined, check the following:

  • Verify that currencies match between your Wix and Pelecard accounts
  • Ensure your Pelecard account is active and in good standing
  • Check that you haven’t exceeded any transaction limits
  • Verify the customer’s card information is correct
  • Contact Pelecard support if issues persist

Why can’t I connect my desired payment provider?

Payment providers may not be available for several reasons:

  • Your business location doesn’t match the provider’s supported countries
  • Your site’s currency isn’t supported by the provider
