Reports

Transactions can be searched both before broadcast (not yet sent to shva) and after broadcast (already sent to shva).
Key search filters:

• Terminal (if there is more then one choose among the terminals).
• Card number (last 4 digits).
• Transaction amount (exact match).
• Additional details (custom merchant field).
• Clearing company (Visa CAL, Isracard, etc.).
• Date range (from–to, not possible in before boardcast).

Results include (transaction data): terminal number, date/time, voucher number, masked card number, expiration, clearing company, transaction amount, currency, type (debit/credit/refund), approval code, installments, custom details, UID, token, trx_id etc.

• Allowed only for transactions before broadcast.
• User must have Admin autorization.
  Steps:

1. Search and locate the transaction.
2. Select the row → it turns green.
3. Two icons appear: Broadcast and Delete Transaction.
4. Click Delete Transaction → confirmation popup appears.
   • Cancel = discard operation.
   • Confirm = permanently delete transaction.

Important: Carefully check all transaction details before canceling to avoid deleting the wrong transaction.

• Allowed only for transactions after broadcast.
• User must have Admin autorization.

• Steps:

1. Search and locate the transaction.
2. Select the row → it turns green.
3. One icon appear: Refund.
4. Click Refund → confirmation popup appears.

1. • Cancel = discard operation.
   • Confirm = permanently delete transaction.
   • (you might as well change the refund total amount, paramx and payments amount)

Refunds appear in the transaction search just like charges but marked as credit transactions.

Normally, Pelecard transactions are sent automatically at scheduled times.
With Broadcast, you can force Broadcast immediately:

1. Go to Transactions → Before Broadcast.
2. Click Perform an initiated broadcast.
3. All transactions before broadcast are sent to shva.
4. They move from Before Broadcast to After Broadcast.

Only Admin users can trigger manual broadcasts.
