Integrate Pelecard payment gateway with your Shopify store to accept secure credit card payments from Israeli customers. This guide walks you through the complete setup process.
Before you begin, make sure you have:

Install Pelecard Payments for Shopify – https://apps.shopify.com/pelecard-payments
You will be redirected to the Shopify admin panel to authorize the app.
If you have multiple Shopify stores associated with your account, you will see a list of available stores. Select the store where you want to install Pelecard Payments.

On the installation page, you will see the Pelecard Payments app requesting the following permissions:
Review the permissions and click Install to proceed.

After installing the app, you will be redirected to the Pelecard login page. Enter your Pelecard merchant credentials:

A notification banner will confirm that a Shopify connection has been detected. After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to complete the configuration.
Choose the terminal that will process payments for your Shopify store:

After selecting your terminal, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the service has been added successfully. Click Return to Shopify to continue with the activation.

Now you need to activate Pelecard Payments in your Shopify store settings:



Congratulations! Pelecard Payments is now active on your Shopify store.
After completing the setup:
Ensure your Pelecard account has at least one active terminal configured. Contact Pelecard support if you need to add or activate a terminal.
If the Activate button is disabled, click the Manage button to be redirected to the Pelecard portal and complete the onboarding process first.
Verify that Pelecard Payments is activated in your Shopify Payments settings. Go to Settings → Payments and check the status.
If you cannot log in to the Pelecard portal, use the “Forgot password?” link to reset your password, or contact Pelecard support for assistance.
