Introduction

“LinkBeClick” provides an easy and fast solution for businesses to give options to their customers to pay remotely, without the need to go to the branch, the system also provides a solution for websites that do not want to invest time in development,
Also provides an easy and fast solution for payment on the site
and capable to work with rest API.

 

Payment Page - Settings

Log in to the PeleCard reporting system using your username and password at:
https://reports.pelecard.biz:2443

  1. Click on the ‘Link in a Click’ tab.
    By default, the email sending option is already selected.
  2. choose the way to send the link to the end user.
  3. Define the payment options:

    a. Fixed amount
    – The amount defined in the ‘Amount’ field will appear on the payment page.
    b. Minimum amount + editable field – The payment page will show the defined amount,
    and customers can add an amount themselves.
    c. Editable field – Customers can set the charge amount themselves (mainly for donations).
  4. Business Name – The business name that will appear in the email sent to the customer. By default, the business name from the report system will appear, but you can change the name by selecting “Other.”
  5. Amount – Set the amount in Shekels.
  6. Payment Currency – You can choose from three currencies: Shekel (NIS), Dollar (USD), or Euro (EUR).
  7. Action – You can choose from four actions: “רישום בלבד”-j2, “אישור בלבד”-j5,
    “חיוב”-j4 and “הוק”- standing order
  8. Additional Information – You can enter any value here, for example, the customer’s name. We will see this in the report system, and we will be able to locate the transaction using this value.
  9. Invoice Type – Choose the invoice provider you are working with, either ICount, TML, EzCount or Payper .
  10. Min/Max Payments – You can define the number of Payments that will appear on the payment page, from 1 to 12.
  11. Minimum Payments in Credit – You can set it so that from the 3rd installment onward, payments will be in credit.
  12. First Payment – You can define the amount of the first Payment that will appear on the payment page
  13. Customer Details – In the following fields, we can receive the customer’s details by defining them on the payment page:
    a. Business Number – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter the BN number of their business. By default, it is hidden.
    b. ID Number – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter the ID number of their business. By default, it is hidden.
    c. Customer Name – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter their name. By default, it is hidden.
    d. CVV – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter the cvv of their credit card. By default, it is hidden.
    e. Street and House Number
    f. City
    g. Postal Code – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter their postal code. By default, it is hidden.
    h. Country – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter their country. By default, it is hidden.
    i. Customer Phone – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter their phone number. By default, it is hidden.
    j. Customer Email – We can add a field on the payment page for the customer to enter their email and receive an order confirmation after completing the transaction. By default, it is hidden.
    k. Notes – A field where the customer can add free text on the payment page.
  14. Link Settings – In the following fields, we can define the settings of the current link.
    a. Limit Usage via Link – Allows limiting the link to a specific number of purchases.
    b. Activity Name – Allows us to assign a name to the activity for the link if we have limited the number of purchases.
    c. From Date – when the link will start to be active
    d. To Date – when the link stop being active
  15. Additional Options:

    A. Landing Page After Success/Error – The business can define its own landing page by entering a different URL. By default, the customer will be redirected to a Flacard page.
    B. URL Address for Server Response – You can define a server-side URL to receive transaction details.
    C. Email Address for Transaction Feedback – You can define an email address to receive transaction details.
    D. Link to CSS File for Custom Design Integration – You can define a custom design for the payment page.
    E. Link to Customer’s Logo File – You can define a custom logo on the page.
    F. Language – You can choose from 3 languages: Hebrew, English, and Russian.
    G. Email for Activity Status Updates – Receive an email when all purchases have been made if you’ve defined a usage limit via the link.
    H. Register Number – Define a register number for filtering transactions in reports.
    I. Token Creation – You can create a token for each transaction to allow additional charges without needing to store the credit card.
    J. Accessibility Mode – You can enable accessibility for the payment page for people with visual impairments and disabilities.
    K. Top Text – Header text at the top of the payment page.
    L. Bottom Text – Footer text at the bottom of the payment page
    M. Add customer name for more details – add it to param_x field.
    N. Show a link to the terms and conditions page – link at the bottom of the IFrame
    O. Show the terms and conditions page as a pop-up window – show the page in the IFrame
    P. Link address to the terms and conditions page – when clicked redirect to the url defined
    Q. Text link to the terms and conditions page – the text of the link
    R. Text before the link to the terms and conditions page – text before the link
    S. Text after the link to the terms and conditions page – text after the link
    T. Supplier (Multi-beneficiary) – add supplier field to the GW request
  16. 3DS – can override the default setting of redirect to 3DS
  17. Apple Pay – can override the default setting of Apple Pay
  18. Pelebilling – can use your pelebilling
  19. Product List – Allows us to turn the link into a store and add products for the customer to choose from, based on quantity.
  20. Invoice settings:
    T.M.L Invoice:
    You can integrate the payment page so that an invoice is generated for each transaction. For this, you need to subscribe to the invoicing service of T.M.L.

    • We must select the T.M.L invoice type (Section 9).

    ICount Invoice:
    You can integrate the payment page so that an invoice is generated for each transaction. For this, you need to subscribe to the invoicing service of iCount.

    • We must select the iCount invoice type (Section 9).

    EzCount Invoice:
    You can integrate the payment page so that an invoice is generated for each transaction. For this, you need to subscribe to the invoicing service of EzCount.

    • We must select the EzCount invoice type (Section 9).

    Payper Invoice:
    You can integrate the payment page so that an invoice is generated for each transaction. For this, you need to subscribe to the invoicing service of Payper.

    • We must select the Payper invoice type (Section 9).


    For any Invoice it is mandatory to fill in all fields in order to generate an invoice, including adding products.

  21. Headlines – you can change the headlines name in payment page and success landing page
  22. Reset Settings – You can reset the settings at any time. Upon exiting the system and logging in again, the most recent saved settings will be applied.
  23. LinkCreation – From here, there are two main options for sending the link to the customer:

 

  1.    A. Send the link to the customer using email.
    B. Send the link to the customer using sms.
  2.    A. Create a link payment page and send the url link in any way you choose
    B. Download the QR code and send to the end user

  1. Press to add email/phone.
  2. Fill the email/phone you want to send to.
  3. Press add.
  4. Send the link to the mail/phone filled in part 2.
  5. Make sure the message sent correctly.

In the email/sms it will look like this

After sending, the end user will receive an email/sms with a link to the payment page and the business name that sent the email.

4) a. copy the link and send to the end user
b. download the QR code and send to the end user

Now we have received a link that we can embed on the website or anywhere we want. We need to copy the link we received (very important, do not click on the link and then copy it!).
